Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
