- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
