Chorizo Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 lb chorizo
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chorizo and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Place 1/4 cup of chorizo mixture in each tortilla and top with lettuce and salsa.
