Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the parsley and cilantro until combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
