- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
