- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing, plus more for drizzling
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, spread 1 tablespoon of dressing over each tortilla. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Remove chicken from oven and let cool slightly. Shred chicken using two forks.
- Divide the lettuce, shredded chicken, and remaining dressing among the four tortillas. Roll up each wrap tightly and cut in half.
- Serve with extra dressing for drizzling if desired.
