- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups popped popcorn
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in onion, garlic powder and salt. Cook until onion is tender.
- In a large bowl, mix popcorn with onion mixture.
- Stir in eggs and cheese.
- Pour into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set.
- Cool before serving.
