Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup of the cheese over each noodle. Top with about 1/3 cup of meat mixture. Roll up jelly-roll style and place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
  3. Pour remaining tomato sauce over roll-ups; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Serve hot.
