- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can tomato soup
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato soup and macaroni noodles.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
- Stir in the cheese and continue cooking until melted.
- Serve hot.
