Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10.75 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato soup and macaroni noodles.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in the cheese and continue cooking until melted.
  6. Serve hot.
