Carne Asada Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, sea salt and pepper.
  2. Place the steak in the bowl and coat with the marinade.
  3. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat.
  5. Grill steak for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Slice steak into thin strips against the grain.
  7. Serve steak in warm corn tortillas with desired toppings and enjoy!
