- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, sea salt and pepper.
- Place the steak in the bowl and coat with the marinade.
- Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Grill steak for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
- Slice steak into thin strips against the grain.
- Serve steak in warm corn tortillas with desired toppings and enjoy!
