- 2 lbs. flank steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Add the flank steak and toss to coat.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
- Warm up your favorite burrito shells or tortillas and fill with steak strips and your favorite toppings.
