Carne Asada Burriā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the flank steak and toss to coat.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
  7. Warm up your favorite burrito shells or tortillas and fill with steak strips and your favorite toppings.
  8. Enjoy!
