- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, soy sauce, thyme, allspice, garlic powder, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
