Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  3. Slowly pour in the cream while stirring constantly.
  4. Bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
