Bruschetta
Ingredients
  • 1 French baguette
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  3. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  5. Mix garlic, oregano and salt in a small bowl. Rub the mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  6. Serve immediately.
