- 2 cups of brown rice
- 3 cups of water
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
- Add the rice and stir.
- Reduce heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for 45 minutes or until all of the water is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
