Blueberry Oatmeal…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, egg and milk until well blended.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill the muffin cups three fourths full.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
  7. Cool before serving.
