Beef Cheek Chili
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb beef cheek, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 cups diced tomatoes

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the beef cheek and season with chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beef broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot.
