- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 large flour tortillas
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
- Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas and roll up.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
