- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1.25 oz) package taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and stir until beef is evenly coated.
- In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and chiles.
- Stir in cooked beef and cheese.
- Spread mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
