Beef Burrito Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 oz) package taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir until beef is evenly coated.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and chiles.
  4. Stir in cooked beef and cheese.
  5. Spread mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate or baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
