Bangers and Mash
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sausage links
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place sausage links in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  3. Mash potatoes with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over the sausages in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until sausages are cooked through and potatoes are lightly browned.
