- 1 lb ziti noodles
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and add to the sausage mixture.
- Mix together then pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
