Baked Sweet Potat…
Ingredients
  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place sweet potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, flip the chips over, then bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
