Baked French Toas…
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf of day-old French bread
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and spread evenly in the prepared dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
