- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin and black pepper.
- Rub the mixture onto both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours or until tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
