- 1 lb. pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place pork shoulder in a baking dish and cover with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 2 hours, or until pork is tender.
- Remove from oven and shred with two forks.
- Mix together mayonnaise and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Spread mixture onto hamburger buns.
- Top with shredded pork and serve.
