Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Place pork shoulder in a baking dish and cover with BBQ sauce.
  3. Bake for 2 hours, or until pork is tender.
  4. Remove from oven and shred with two forks.
  5. Mix together mayonnaise and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  6. Spread mixture onto hamburger buns.
  7. Top with shredded pork and serve.
