Avocado
Ingredients
  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pit.
  2. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mash together with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
