Asian Noodle Salad
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, ground ginger, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined.
  2. Serve cold or at room temperature.
