Antelope
Ingredients
  • 1 antelope
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the antelope and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
