Aloo Tikki
Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Steps
  1. Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
  2. Mix in the boiled green peas.
  3. Add cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili powder and salt to taste.
  4. Shape into small round tikkis.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
