- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled green peas
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
- Mix in the boiled green peas.
- Add cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili powder and salt to taste.
- Shape into small round tikkis.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
