Aioli
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 large egg yolks

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mash the garlic and salt together with a fork until it forms a paste.
  2. Add the egg yolks and whisk until combined.
  3. Slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream while whisking continuously until all of the oil is incorporated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
